Do you ship internationally?

No, we do not ship internationally. The Golden Bag only ships within the United States (including Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico). Unfortunately, we do NOT deliver to American Samoa, U.S. Virgin Islands, Guam, Micronesia, Marshall Islands, Northern Mariana Islands, or Palau.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Orders ship Monday to Friday excluding US Federal holidays.

Free on orders $50+
Arrives in 3-5 business days. 

Express Shipping | $16.95
Arrives in 1-2 business days.

  • Deliveries to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico may be delayed.
  • Delivery to PO Boxes is not available (although can be used for billing addresses).
  • Deliveries to APO/FPO addresses are sent via USPS Priority. Due to military handling time, delivery to some destinations may take up to 21 days.
  • NOTE all orders over $300 will require a signature upon delivery. 
  • Free Standard Shipping on orders $50 or more. Offer applies after applicable discounts and does not include taxes and fees.
How to track my order?

Once your order has been shipped from our warehouse, you will receive an email notification with tracking information (please also check your junk/spam email). This email will have all your shipping information and ways to track your order.

Please note you will not get tracking information until your order is processed and shipped. There may be additional shipping delays due to holidays and/or high order volumes.
