We allow split payments between one of the accepted credit or debit cards and The Golden Bag Gift Card. Payments cannot be split among multiple cards or with PayPal.
Our goal at The Golden Bag is to process and ship orders quickly. Once you have received your confirmation email, the order has already been sent for processing and cannot be adjusted or cancelled.
You may return items that are unused and in original condition within 30 days of purchase. Last chance or Clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. The Golden Bag Gift Cards or E-Gift Cards are non-returnable.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Gift recipients may return or exchange merchandise to The Golden Bag if the item is unused and in its original condition, and accompanied by a gift receipt. Once merchandise is returned by mail and The Golden Bag has verified the gift receipt, a credit will be issued to the original payment method and purchaser.

General Instructions:
Pour a small amount of mild soap into lukewarm water and use a small, soft toothbrush to clean your jewelry. Toothbrushes are ideal for cleaning jewelry with intricate details, which can otherwise be difficult to clean. If the dirt is hard to remove, soak the jewelry in clean water.
A polishing cloth is a great tool to make your metallic jewelry shine again if the pieces have become dull. However, it will not remove scratches. Polish your jewelry frequently with the soft polishing cloth to maintain its shine. You can use the cloth to clean The Golden Bag rings, bracelets, charms, necklaces, pendants, and earrings. Remember not to use any harsh abrasives when cleaning The Golden Bag jewelry. Avoid using ultrasonic cleaners, which may cause damage.
*Using a tumbler with The Golden Bag products is not recommended.
**For leather: For daily cleaning, simply wipe the leather gently with a soft, dry cloth. Stains should be removed immediately before they soak in or dry – use a mild professional cleaner (without chemicals) or a mild soap such as soap flakes or saddle soap. Create suds in a bowl and apply the suds to a soft, lint-free cloth, then wipe the leather. Afterwards, wipe the leather with a dry cloth and add a leather conditioner to protect it further. Remember to keep leather out of direct sunlight.
***For gemstones: Immerse gemstones in a mild cleaning solution and leave to soak for approximately two minutes and then polish them using a polishing cloth.
